Klipo is a service run by Felipe Arce, based in Argentina. Here we explain what data we use, what for, and how to ask us to delete it.
What data we use
- From your Google account: your name and email. Nothing else: we don't see your password or any other Google data.
- What you upload: your videos, recordings, images and the text you write in Klipo.
- What you make: the videos Klipo creates and which ones you made, to show you which work best.
- If you try it without an account: a random identifier stored by your browser and a fingerprint of your connection (not your IP address), so the trial is one per person. If you don't create your account, the trial and what you made are deleted after 14 days.
- Payments: handled by Creem. Klipo never sees your card details; we only know which plan you have.
What for
Only to provide the service: store your things, make your videos, show your results and reply if you write to us. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Where it's stored
We use providers that store information for us: Supabase (database and Google sign-in), Cloudflare (files and videos) and Creem (payments). They may be outside Argentina, for example in the United States.
How long
As long as you have your account. On the free trial and the earlier Free plan, generated videos are deleted after 7 days. If you close your account, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
Cookies
We only use what's needed for you to sign in and use Klipo. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contacto@klipovideo.com. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
