Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 27, 2026 · This is a translation; if anything differs, the Spanish version prevails.
Klipo (klipovideo.com) is a service run by Felipe Arce, based in Argentina. By using Klipo you accept these terms. If you have questions, write to us at contacto@klipovideo.com.
1. What Klipo is
Klipo is a web tool to create short vertical videos from the videos you upload. It adds a hook line, music, sound effects, captions and an ending, and makes several versions ready to download.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for what's done from your account. You must be at least 18, or the minimum age to enter contracts where you live.
3. Your content
- What you upload (videos, recordings, text, images) stays yours, and so do the videos Klipo makes with it.
- You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
- You must have the rights to what you upload. Illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or that is misleading, violent, sexual or promotes hate is not allowed.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that don't follow these terms.
4. Plans and payments
- There's a free trial (one video with Klipo's watermark) and paid plans (Pro and Studio) with the limits shown on the plans page. Accounts created before October 27, 2026 keep the Free plan they had.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars that renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the seller to you (merchant of record) and handles any applicable taxes. Klipo never sees your card details.
- You can cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; then your account goes back to the free trial.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Free trial
On the free trial (and on the Free plan of earlier accounts), videos carry Klipo's watermark and are kept for 7 days. Download them before then.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep Klipo always working, but the service is provided as is and may have interruptions or changes. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for how your videos perform on each social network.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll let you know by email or on the website before it takes effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
